An opportunity to ‘Meet the Producer’ of some greats gins, and indulge in delicious food pairings put together by the chefs here at Trippets Lounge Bar.
The four gins produced by Warner Edwards – Harrington Dry, Harrington Sloe, Victorian Rhubarb and Elderflower Infused, will be paired with Trippets Tasting Plates created specifically for the occasion to complement each gin.
Elderflower Infused Gin –
A cocktail accompanied by a canapé selection
Harrington Dry Gin –
Classic G&T to complement saddle of venison, with wilted kale and celeriac dauphinoise
Victorian Rhubarb Gin –
Rhubarb gin with ginger ale and mint alongside an orange crème brûlée with ginger bread
Harrington Sloe Gin –
Sloe gin served over ice with a cheese board of Harrogate Blue, Wensleydale, home made oatcakes and grape chutney
Wednesday 30th September, starting at 7.30pm.
For £30 a head you will get the opportunity to meet one of the Warner Edwards team, and get an insight into the production and ‘behind the scenes’ world of a truly excellent gin distillery. You will get to try for all four gins (full measures of course!), lovingly prepared with complementary mixers and garnishes, designed to accompany Tasting Plates.
