A couple of weeks ago, Team Trippets had the arduous task of attending a wine tasting in York to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Berkmann Wines.
Despite the hundreds (!) of wines on offer, Tom’s assistance and our (increasingly illegible) notes, we have chosen five to showcase this evening. We will accompany these with a 4-course supper from the Trippets kitchen.

Celebrate Valentine’s Eve @ Trippets, Sheffield’s award-winning jazz bar.
There will be some fabulous jazz from the talented Mark Kerrigan Trio from 7pm.

The House of Masi : An evening with Tom O’Connor of Berkmann wines.
The Masi story begins in 1772, when the Boscaini family carried out their first harvest in the prestigious vineyards in "Vajo dei Masi", a valley in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region. After 250 years of passionate winemaking the company is still in family hands, run by the sixth and seventh generations.

FINE ART EXHIBITION
JUNE 2nd-19th
We are very proud to be hosting an exhibition of works by Maria Marinou, originally from Athens, and Cyprus-born Loukas Georgiou.
Maria Marinou spent five years at the Athens School of Fine Art before doing a masters at the University of Sheffield. She was awarded a distinction from both institutions and, in 2019, she was runner up in the People’s Choice Award at the Fronteer Art Exhibition. She is also an archaeologist.
Loukas Georgiou studied at the Cyprus Academy of Art and, more recently, did a masters at Kingston University London. He won the Fronteer Open Judges’ Choice Award in 2021.
Join us for a private viewing on Thursday 2nd June , 6-9pm, where you can meet the artists.
There will be live music from 7pm from the Trish Heenan Trio
